We took one out of Shannon Mustipher’s “Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails” for this week’s (originally featured 5.30.21) featured cocktail, the Old Rogue - snag her book here.
Old Rogue
Jamaican Rum
Cognac
Batavia Arrack
Orange Curaçao
Green Tea Syrup
Pineapple Juice
Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions: Add all ingredients (except bubbles) into shaker tin, add ice, shake until properly chilled, strain into desired glass over ice. We took some liberty in spraying ours with absinthe and garnishing with mint!
